I don't think it's an accident that the people who popularize GPP were mostly super heavyweight power lifters. Like remember Doug Miller, how we used to do 20 to 30 reps sets of deadlifts? If it wasn't Tom Platts and Doug Miller doing these things, nobody would care. It's because Doug Miller is the nanny goat to the point where there's people listening to this podcast. I'm not sure it's the best vehicle for it in all cases but yeah, you know, it's not just Tom Platts either.
