In CrossFit it's the same thing like this new parameter durability that they're putting forth your ability to resist fatigue. Your ability to keep your physiology stable throughout successive events of work right so because we know some people might have the ability to come out and be a one-hit wonder but as soon as they go into that second workout their physiology is now working at a 70% capacity yeah. It's kind of you know rewriting the capacities of what humans can do in a sense.
