Can We Get Cretine From Food?
Our bodysynthesizes per day approximately one gram erlikewise, we probably end up losing about one gram of creatin. So generally most people would be ine, sort of approximate balance. But then depending on your diet, yes, e, you can either sort of topped that up or not. And so that's why we generally see, when we measure mussel content of e cretin, vegetarians usually have lower content than their omnivorous counterparts.
