When a rat is in a cage and fed ad libithum, the only thing it does is eat. So it's overeating by 40%. And what did I tell you a little while ago was the biggest issue in nutrition? Calories. We know that restrict calories increase longevity. The animal experiments back in the 70s are total sham because most of the people doing them don't understand protein metabolism. It's not about protein or something else, it's about calories.
