The Importance of Protein in a Healthy Lifestyle

The average US American has about 65% of their protein comes from animal proteins and 35 plant proteins. A 30 gram protein meal will have about two and a half grams of lusine in it. When you get above that, it just seems like the muscle can't really handle more than that. So what do I personally do? My breakfast for five days a week is a protein shake where about 45 grams of protein in it.
