Most of our fish comes from fish farms now, which is a shock. I used to tell my kids: You know, this, this white, it's meat. And if we add two portions of fish every week as we're told to by the NHS, and around the world, generally, most people support that view, the oceans would be completely dry of fish within the world. It's totally non-sustainable. Yes, you've got this cheap farm salmon, which to me is become like boring chicken. It doesn't taste of anything. We should be avoiding it. All you could do is just serve every single meal with rare light tuna or shellfish - they are great
