When i feel sad or upset or frustrated, that's the way my body responds. So now i've got the mind body connection going on. I'm feeling very panicky, and my head feels like it's full of cotton. Well, what can i control? I can control how much time i spend thinking about this. And if i decide that i am needing to apologize, i will. The third step is, well how do i want to feel? I want to feel at ease. I want tofeel peaceful. These are so many things that we can do to help us identify our emotions in a healthier way.
