Exploring interventions and challenges in perioperative antimicrobial care through collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and pharmacists. Emphasis on glucose management, insulin drips, and dexamethasone use for postoperative nausea prevention. Highlighting the importance of involving patients, families, and forming specialized committees for infection prevention and continuous improvement in healthcare processes.
