LZ Granderson: I don't know how you turn that massive oil tanker of an industry and a mindset around, right? He says guests have an unrealistic expectation of how much they have to pay for things in order for everyone to be fairly compensated. LZ: As the competition pool for jobs gets greater, only the best people who take themselves seriously as professionals are really going to have a long term viable career path in it. "I think the days being able to quit your job the next day are getting thinner," he says.
