How to Structure Outdoor Climbing for Maximum Performance

The majority of climbers in the world, if they could find a way to structure their outdoor climbing so they could have a nice balance. But for the vast majority of people, this isn't practical because of the amount of time that you would have to be out on rock and traveling to crags. You quickly end up in a such a scenario where you basically have to be a professional or a semi professional climber with 20 to 40 hours outside the crag a week. And I guess what I'm saying is that there's a spectrum of approach with this. If you spend 100% of your time on rock all year long, you're going to be moving very, very, very well
