Product Data - The Promise of Product Data

It used to be cohorting and analysis of user behavior was mostly based on time. And so it doesn't really matter if Spencer did it two days ago or two days from now, he says. If we're both doing that social feature within Peloton, then that's probably telling you some unique insight. So this is the promise of product data. For the first time with products, you can directly observe how people behave. That is number one indicator of what they're going to do in the future.
