The Importance of Localization in Loyalty Programs
Epsilon is working with a major global QSR client helping them in Japan to really figure out how, how do we make that program resonate in this market? And what role specifically should gamification play. So localization is definitely kind of a hot topic that we're seeing. We've got to prove the value of loyalty and we've been blessed at Epsilon to have been able to develop some really robust tools like our Profit Financial Model which helps project program ROI. That's where it comes back to that enterprise customer strategy,. looking across all the customers and trying to understand where and how we're going to drive value.
