Preventing Injuries

If we pursue our prechofy and pars for the own sake o age, the best way to avoid injury is actually rotation in the exercises. The biggest cause of injury is to stick to favorite exercise at nauseum. If you don't change the pattern over load of the given exercise, your cartilage is always exposed to the same amount of stress. Getting regular soft issue work prevents injuries.
