The Unpleasant Feeling

So then this, you probably know the feeling. It's very unpleasant, kind of sour, really yucky feeling sarted setting in. And i my mind just started spinning on how much else i had to do, and how this was such a drag as eway when it come back. We get we get into state dependent experience, which means everything that we're seeing is an association back to what has been going on. So i walked out of the room, which was a brilliant strategy, and just started breathing into that place. After 30 seconds of that unpleasant just the presence with turned into presents. You have to do it again. It's more life.
