With respect to preventing apneas or at least minimizing them, is sleeping on your stomach the better than sleeping on your back? Don't they put people in the ICU on in the prone position when they're having trouble breathing? Yeah, so no question about it that when people are off of their backs and even on their sides or preferably even on their bellies, that the tongue falls forward away from the airway.
