The Results of a Three Year Experiment
pksensky had done a three year experiment which included two groups of middleand long distance runners. The m e training group reduced the running distance by eight %, while the control group increased theirs by 25%. So if we do that kind of training, put a heavy pack on em and have em go up hill, they're problbly going to see gains. And for luke, it was interesting because he's often standing in the operating room for eight to 12 hours several days a week. His training time is really limited.
