Hiring Decision - Is There a Quality Difference?
There's a quality difference between someone that has no idea what the person is supposed to be able to do for sure. And someone who's like technically and creatively aware of what they're going to do trying to make hiring decision. Either one is perfect, but I do think the person close to the action has information that the recruiter doesn't. So there's value in getting close to theaction. But even when you're there, there's loads of bias and BS that gets in the way from actually being a great hire.
