How to Structure Your Selection Process
The other areas to focus on is maybe what your historical cut lines are. So let's say your typical you know you typically finish at number and I'm making up here 180, 1-200 then in that region you may have some discussion because that makes makes some difference. The other part is to ideally designate someone in the committee to be the the center if you will so because I think if someone um decides that hey we really need to move this person up moved this person up ideally to kind of promote some of that to minimize bias.
