Some of our elite female athletes eat up to 500 grams of carbs a day. You can knock enough for an elite athlete that's trying to put on size through fruits and vegetables. So yes, the next thing to go to is rice. Is quinoa. Is oatmeal,. Is potatoes. Is dried fruit. And what I'm doing is getting towards a more and more like carbohydrate loading drinks.
