Daniel: I had to weigh under program view just to get you into the ballpark. He's training five days a week, but he's got a very high stress job. So one thing I did is I front loaded a lot of his work and then his mid middle of the week sessions pretty easy. And then backloaded a lot of the intensity as well. It took me a long time to be able to self-regulate that, just not going balls to the wall every time.
