I think we've probably only one substantial down time springs to mind, and that was quite early doors for us when we were new product. It's always a challenge when you don't have finances to invest into infra structure. There's always er points of failure in the system. And if people see you trying, and you just talk sincerely to people, be honest about it, and you no admit that you've that you've cocked it - they're usually pretty forgiving at she if not em supportive.
