I think we have more efficiency to do when it comes to everything related to customer success. As we are kind of moving up the value chain and trying to sell the larger customers, we realize that the right type of sales person can carry like a three times bigger quota. I mean, they need some more support in terms of pre-sales or sales engineers. But I think there's more efficiency to gain from that. We're looking for people with at least five years of experience selling software and giving them a quota between $500,000 up to $1 million per year.
