How Do You Revisit Your Success Guide?

Every year, we update our success guide to make sure it's still serving our purposes. We added a spirit of what growth and success looks like and feels like at each level. And then the second change is making it much clearer in our guide that there are two leadership paths. Both opportunities are equal in terms of seniority, prestige, accountability.
