I go run without a shirt on and purely to kind of at the beginning, it's rather cold, but once you're warmed up, you're totally fine. And as much as even once it starts raining or any of those kind of things, like just it makes you feel more present sometimes. The other day I was running and I believe I mentioned it on one of the reasons PB Zoom calls too. Like when we had a group session, we were talking about discomfort and making yourself go through discomfort from time to time. So yeah, kind of putting yourself in some of those situations.
