The Pros and Cons of Committing to Mental Health
I'm not following anybody on Instagram like I'm regularly deleting the app as well Mm-hmm. It is a powerful tool, but choosing to do these things even if it reduces how much you can maximize whatever engagement helps me get back into that energetic position. There's a Jumpiness when you're kind of like yeah, too forward. When you're more kind of Solid and in place there's a different energy to that and a different interaction with life in the world.
