I'm a big fan of Sam Harris. I think he's doing some incredible things, not only from the neuroscience point of view, but from also some of this ancient wisdom of meditation and transcendence. The breathing is essential. You have to get into that breathing mode. So those 10, 20 minutes before you get in in order to be able to then do the breath work while you're in the water. It can be very hard on the feet and the hands, right? But I tell you what, it's especially hard on the eyes as well.
