What's the Difference Between a Shorter and a Longer Debt Service?
In the States it's typically going to be five 10 15% is more is more common, maybe maybe 20%. And so with that shorter amortization schedule, then your debt burden is going to be much heavier. But on the other hand, you're financing, much less. So I guess that kind of cancels out the fact that you have a more aggressive amortizing schedule and you end up with a debt burden that maybe is kind of similar to what a US searcher would experience would you say.
