The Culture of Ratings in the Nineties
In the late nineties, we were just beginning to try and understand hits. And then i walk into an organization lat the b b c, where this is kind of absolute fealty to this concept called rating. So a kind of delotar research into ratings, which i'll probably trid not to bore you about later on in the sexlate. But specifically, for me, the really interesting shift that happened was this focus on y story things. We kind of talk about it as an attention patten spectrum. That actually what i think was unlocked by the ina mobile devices, in particular, in in about two thousand seven onwards.
