Do You Focus on Value First?

It took us 10 months to hire our VP of marketing and CS from Germany. The problem is if you are very early stage company, you don't have any brand recognition. If we were really executing well, we would probably be two months faster but I don't think that it could be done like faster than two months. And we didn't want to hire just a random person, right? Like again, if you just hire somebody for the sake of hiring, then you can do that within two or three months.
