I find my stride about, I don't know, probably about four miles. Sometimes it can take such a such a time. It's that kind of Venn diagram of kind of shite that can be infecting your experience of the race. And so I never knew how like I never, I'd forgotten about that feeling of when you get in your strike. But what it did do actually is really interesting thing that we're buzzing at a great meeting earlier about something really exciting that involves you all. We're going to be those people.
