Sleep Talking and Sleep Walking in People With a DHD

Narcalepsy is a diagnosicl sleep disorder where people have sudden attacks of sleepiness. I'm often coupled with a sort of motor paralysis, an without any it just feels involuntary to the person. About a quarter of the h d population has something called restless leg sindrume which is basically these a twitches and almost looks like sms in the legs. Things like broxysm or teeth grinding are common. And i certainly have had both in sleep, walking, eyes totally open, having full conversations and not being awake. It's almost as if the a d h d brain just has a hard time settling down and fully immersing itself into sleep
