I love my dumbbells. People always talk about a squat and they're envisioning and just having the weight on your back. And you're like, but why? It changes the dynamics of everything as soon as the weights onyour back. In some ways, to me, it seems like idiotic in a way. I mean, laying down and bench pressing and stuff are fun. They're all fun things are great, but they're arbitrary and you've been at the peak of them.
