Sleep is one of those things that, if you can shave off a little bit of sleep, you get a little more time in your day to do the things you want to do. But how much is that really hurting us from a cognitive standpoint? Like, where it where's the science on that? No, i i'm really happy that sleep has started to become this sexy thing again. It's ok to sleep. And certainly, ou at younever used to be o sleep when you're dead, all that kind of stuff burn the atle at both ends.
