Is the Number on the Scale Your Indicator of Success?

Six weeks went by and the scale had not moved a single pound. This is also why i don't recommend checking your weight all that frequently, because these changes are slow. I really want people to disconnect from using the the weight in the number on the scale as their indicator of success. If a month goes by and you don't see that scale move, you're going to give up. And so instead shifting the focus to, ok, i want to get ready for this marathon,. We understand that getting ready for a big race takes so much time and we are willing to give it the time they deserve.
