How to Use a Drop-Down List to Improve Your Data Collection
Use a free text field with a paragraph format. Don't use a drop-down list and don't make it an optional field. No helper text, just one line or paragraphs of information that help us understand even more about what the buyer is actually going through during their journey and purchasing process. Use pipeline sources to divide between Low intent mql's and declared intent conversions which we call pipe conversions.
