Is There a Need for Incentives in the Workplace?
I don't think people need to be incentivized for every breath that they takea in their workplace. So selecting the right sorts of people is not really in our economic models. This is not to say that incentives are not important. I think people should be paid a well for for the work they do. And in fact, i truly believe that if they don't, they will walk and will find another job. A rather long winded answer to your nothowever to get, especially that like fuss.
