We have digitally bombarded from the minute we wake up to the moment we go to sleep. 28% of adults who are knowledge workers are now working between 10 and 11 PM at night. These are huge red flags for burnout. We're going to be more digitally reliant than ever, so it is absolutely imperative that organizations or teams articulate what are our guardrails. Then I think we need to do it ourselves. Where are the no go, no go tech zones in your house? You know, I recommend bedrooms. Bedroom is a sleep sanctuary.
