The Importance of Copyright in the US

The court system is very much skewed towards people who have a lot of money and money literally don't. It's not that you can't control from sincere description, like someone can't rip off John Kiaade's Iskwil website and just repost the website and slap their name on it. That would be clearly copyright violation. So I think if we could get that precedent, if we could make it clear through a court that con lines per se by themselves can't be copyrighted, that would be a huge win for conlangers' rights.
