The Quality of Care in A&E Is a Problem

I think it's, it reflects a lot of what we hear from people that actually the quality of care in A&E or urgent emergency care is very good. But the timeness of the care is a problem and that journey along the way. People will try all sorts of different routes to avoid going to A&E and we need to help them. If we don't provide joined up care between those different routes, then it ends up creating a very bad experience for everybody. I think where the system falls down is that those clinicians involved or those systems involved don't necessarily trust each other that the stories that's been told in the first place is accurate.
