The Importance of Distribution of Tension

I want to hear you again talk about this idea of a loud movement and how that's connected to distribution of tension. That shows you which generation of movement then becomes optimal or becomes obvious almost. So maybe just describe exactly what you mean by distribution attention because I think that's a really important thing to to understand when we're talking about technique. It all comes down to is where you get your attention from where can you generate movement from?
