I thought that the idea of deliberately strengthening our egos in some ways as opposed to thinking of it as being the enemy is a really powerful reframe. So perhaps could you give us an incredibly brief overview of what equal the full facets of mind and this full spectrum of humanness? Yeah, good. And I'd actually love to hone in slightly on this preparation phase because I think it will be really accessible and relevant to a lot of listeners. This is part of the preparation phase of the descent to soul, but it's more generally what people do in early adolescence to help them get through that stage.
