We don't, and can't talk about the actual number, but i'd be curious to know they aske you, what do you want for attentively? Well, we actually had gone through two rounds in o ifi, just being ly frank. We gave them a number, and they said, ok, how about this? Which was lower. Andat we ended up being about in between that number. So, yes, i would say it was maybe 25 to 30 %, you know, lower which turned out to be kind of the the magic number.
