How to Feel a Pleasant or Unpleasant Feeling?
The first one is just raising the shoulders up as if they wanted to cover the ears, without overstretching. Just seeing where they wind up and noticing the sensations here. If there's any soreness, what happens to it? Does it change at all? And if the sensation's change, does the feeling tone change with it? Then moving the shoulders forward, as if they want a touch, in front of you, and feeling the stretch across the shoulder blades at the back. And once again, is there a mixture? Do you notice the sensations changing? And and the feeling tone? What feeling tone is here? Pleasant or unpleasant, or a mixture? Notice your own experience
