The Effect of Academic Theories on the Culture at Large

i think there ia sort of exaggeration of what the actual effect of academic theories is on the culture at large, or what the actual means by which those theories are disseminated. And i do think that, you know, i can't going back to my point about the boomer prots and maybe being uncomfortable with what's going on, if some of them don't like it.
