Choosing Not to Have a Beer

We have this word that alexander used before frouds, which is inhibition. Not running away from the hospital while i was waiting for my second biote im but choosing to not respond to that urge to go. Or ar deciding not, choosing not to have he beer. Knowing there's a beer in the fridge and having an urge all evening to go and get that beer, and keep choosing. Mosquitos obite on my hand and knowing that if i scratch it, it'll swell up. It's itching. Tat's itching, choosing all day not to that's what we call inhibition. What's happening ina moment?
