Most people are sitting in a much more anxious state prior to an event or, you know, it could even be a workout that has some challenging component. So our sort of innate tendency is to go towards the anxious rather than going towards the positive. And as a result of that, we could be finding that both our training and also our competition is a high percentage of it is being negatively affected.
