The Importance of Interest in Trading
It really depends on what the candidate in question has done with their time. The second most important thing, it's going to come back down to also that interest in trading. If someone asks you into why do you want to get into the industry, the correct answer is not, I want to get rich quick. That shouldn't be the driving force.
