How to Lose 50 Pounds in 18 Months

i gained 50 pounds in 18 months, and i did not what i was eating or doing during that period of time. I remember talking tothe doctor, im like, i don't know what's happening. Was under a lot of stress. Had had some harmonal changes going on. Used one form of birth control and switch to a different one. There were so many variables going on at the time. And it certainly didn't seem like i was eating so much food that i should be gaining 50 pounds. But i that story to say that the body is really, really complicated, and there'se so many factors.
