The Nonlinearity of a System
In a beehive, at the very beginning you would have a queen and a small set of workers. In an immune system, the response to a virus initially is in some state which is already ordered. But once the pathogen comes in, then the system self-organizes the response. And that is not centrally controlled. This response is a form of self-organized behavior. Okay, so that's order and self-organization, a non linearity. Tipping points are absolutely form of nonlinearity.
