The Paradox of Anger

Leaders, artists and athletes who are driven primarily by anger tend to fail over a long enough timeline. The leaders we truly respect have been motivated by more than anger or hate. Seneca's argument was that anger ultimately blocks us from whatever goal we are trying to achieve.
